Actually, on September 30th, Nintendo had a Mew giveaway in various Toys R Us around the states. I got my hands on one of them. Super cute and awesome.

Flash...wow now that is a forgetable one...and usually end up skipping over the guy that gives it to you. Look for a hiker in the beginning of granite cave located near dewford town.

WOW! Wait... Where are Groudon and Kyogre in this game since I actually decided to hunt them down now. Since I have nothing better to do and I have only 35 pokemon >.>

Go to the weather station near Fortree city and talk to the guys on the 2nd floor and they'll tell you that there is either a severe drought or rain storm in a certain area. Go to that area and depending on which pokemon you chasing there will be the Terra cave (Groudon) or Marine cave (Kyogre). The Terra cave will be in a wall in the area. The Marine cave will be underwater in the area. You better hurry cause if you don't find the cave in time it'll move to another area and you have to go back the the weather station to find the new cave.
