With the ease in an out effect in WMM, it depends on the length of the clip, for the speed. Shorter the clip, faster and more you see the effect, and longer the clip, the less you see and the slower it goes.

Sometimes though, in WMM, i experienced myself that the ease in and out effect seem to have not worked for me at all until i made the amv or at least a preview.
