Convertering trouble

Okay here is the situation.
I downloaded a two part video of Resident Evil: Degeneration. I can watch them with Windows Media Player I want to get this on my ipod. I have been successful with converting every other video except for this one. I have two converters: AVS Video Converter 6 and Videora iPod Converter. I can't use AVS unless someone can help me *ahem* acquire the activation code to get rid of the waterbanner. And Videora keeps having showing an error with these videos.
