Need any help with Sony vegas

Well i only done two amv with WMM ( my first one was mega man then Naruto ) but now my dad finally gave me the Sony vegas 6 Cd's and i install them but if you can give me any hint,idea, ect. i would thank you soo much

Well it depends? what do you want to do in Vegas 6? like what kinda effect would you like to make....?

like taking a part from a clip ,fade effects , abd how to double the speed, anything for someone who started

Ok simple stuff

to cut a clip you highlight the whole clip and you press "S" to split the clip where you want it ^>^

On each clip in the Upper Left and Right corners of the video clip, are little triangles which you can grab and drag to make fade... you can ether have a fast fade or a slow fade... depends on how big you make it.

you slow or speed up a clip HighLight the Clip then while HOLDING CTRL you ether move the end of the clip closer to the left side (faster clip) or away from the left side (slow clip) you make custom fit the speed to your liking this way.

WHAT!!!!! You can split the clip just by simply pressing S??? And here I am just dragging up the clips and using the mouse to get to where I need it. I feel so embarrassed for not knowing that.

i seen your amv's and there really but really good O_O , when i saw your we're all to blame by sum 41 i was " o_O HOLY SNAPIES" XD
