Update:All right, I managed to get ALL the files exported thanks to this ridiculous process, but now, why is it only importing them as Audio when I import them into Windows Movie Maker? I even XviD'ed the clips with Virtual Dub, and even those versions only get imported as audio! How do I fix this?

I don't have a lot of experience with Adobe Premiere so your guess is better then mine since you seem to know more about it then me. Now I know that over at AnimeMusicVideos.org you can go to their forum and get some help from some users who actually know how to use Adobe Premiere.
By the way, I've heard that Adobe Premiere is the BEST program to use combined with Adobe After Effects when it comes to video editing / making programs. So if you are already using Adobe Premiere, my advice would be to learn more about it and improve on your skills using it.
