Ok, your useing WMM2, right? If so, heres what you do.
On the time line, you have five lines where everything go.
Video
Transition
Audio
Audio/Music
Title Overlay
Theres two audio lines but you want the one I put in bold. Right click the all the audio in that line and pick mute to leave only the music playing.
