window movie maker 2 importing problems

i downloaded some episodes and when i tried to imprt them, it said somethings not valid. i tried winzip but it didn't work. the folder of the episode was in a zip folder, but i can't import anyepisodes! plz help!

when i import the extraced file, it says,

The file C:\Documents and Settings\Cenia Castro\My Documents\Unzipped\naruto 101 saiyanisland.com\Naruto 101 [SAIYANISLAND.COM].rmvb is not a supported file type, and it cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker.

wow... that could have helped..

your problem is that the video type is a ".rmvb" (RealMedia variable bitrate) which means its a Real Player Video... and Windows Movie Maker dose not support Real Player Videos... sorry now way you can import the video unless you convert it to AVI or WMV.

when i try to change the file, it says,

cant decode this file! may be broken or system not installed the decoder.

does this mean that i will never make an amv?
