Getting back on this topic, since I've started playing again. But still I can't beat the Nebula 3 stage (more info above).
BUT! I'm getting help from different places, so I hope somebody can get me through.

Anyways, does RAMV do battle folder ratings? If so, see my folder. (which I find easy to use). It's made for liberation missions and not based on souls, because the other navi's have to use it too. I find the Django chips very usefull because they do alot of damage to multiple enemy's. So I based it on the D-code.

It's not perfect... Those shield monsters are a big hard to beat, but they do get hit by Django. The worst enemy would be those submarines. They dissapear in the water, and my cannons get blocked by the bubbles. So that might indicate that I'm not good on folder building

I didn't recommend you to put chip for P.A. combo, since it will be useless if you didn't get three chips in a row. Thought, you need a lot of luck to get three battle chips in a row.

Slowgauge is are recommended for liberation, I already see your folder.

And also, I didn't recommend you to use any chip that wait until the time is up (ex: Time bomb). And don't ever to try hard for full-synchro or else if you didn't master it.

HiCannon? Not recommend it, but it can work well for some viruses.

If you still want to use P.A., then use Search Soul. And use his shuffle special ability. It really work on P.A. thing. When dealing with Cloudman, don't forget to have a back row attack, or use Medi (if available).

Anyway, don't forget to use your buster. But for some character, I recommend to charge instead of buster. Don't use Protoman when enemy got 4x3 panels, it will annoy you sometimes.

Last tip, practice harder!
