Rockman Dash for PSP

So I was just looking up some game play videos on youtube when I came across a japanese trailer for megaman legends 1 and 2 for the PSP and I just wanted to know if it is going to come to North America or not. If so does anyone know when.

Rockman Dash / Mega Man Legends 1 and 2 for the PSP is so far a Japanese exclusive game. Currently Legends 1 and 2 have no sign of appearing over here in the states.
