Because EU games have to be translated completely a few more times, since EU games usually have 3-8 language options for a game. And well translating takes alot of time.

In any case, I have the USA version of ZX, but I will rebuy the game when it sees EU release.

When i Japan a Game comes out why is the Game so fast in the USA or so?

Could you please rephrase what you are trying to say?

Antoine has just said it, the whole game needs to be translated in more than one language for Europe, since the continent itself if a whole mashup of different languages.

Besides, have you actually thought of the time translators spend to change words from the solid translation to actually fit the timing of the game itself, and even try different Fonts and sizes to get a very understandable translation?

the reason it comes so late is because it has to be MODIFIED and TRANSLATED, Yeha alot of works to do and the shippments and everything, but hey, it will come, even tought i already have it sorry ^^
