A link between Dr. Weil and Dr. Wily???

Okay i've often wondered this and it might have come across other MMZ fans thoughts but doesn't Dr. Weil seem alittle bit like Dr. Wily except more advanced and effective at world domination??? He makes robots for a living, his namy sounds close to wily, he's crazy , I mean he even created the eight enemies from MMZ 3 known as the Eight Gentle Judges....but they weren't so gentle, were they...? So please go ahead and tell me what you guys think...is there some kinda of odd link between Weil and Wily...??

If I remember correctly from the Official Mega Man Zero Complete Worksbook, Dr. Weil and Dr. Wily have no connection at all.

Really?? Man...for some reason everytime I looked at Weil I swore it was like a futuristic Wily... O_o Oh well...Atleast Weil can make a better "Robot Master" than Wily can..
