Where are the bad girls in Megaman X/Zero's universe?

Ferham(Feram) is an example of another female enemy in the X universe. Ferham is from X Command Mission for those who don't know. I also remember a bad guy fox chick in Zero. I forgot her name, but I remember I thought she was sexy. And doesn't Leviathan count as one, she wasn't really evil but she was a boss.

To many knowledge, there are few female villains in the Rockman series. Few compared to the overwhelming number of male villains. Its kind of funny, Genericnumber1 asked me that same question while he was over last weekend. Except his questions was more of a general question for the Rockman series as a whole.
