That in the end of the Megaman 8 opening (U.S version doi)

The picture they show at the end with Megaman, bass protoman and etc. is slowly moving around in like a circular motion. I was jw, because I never heard any1 say things like, I noticed something wierd about the mm8 opening or nething. And the Japanese version doesnt move around at all, lol

yea i noticed that too it was weird i was like saying to myself...

why is it moving around like that...o well i dont know the reasons behind it so im wondering too...
