What must we do EXACTLY for legends 3 to become reality? what exactly is Inafune expecting ? what will be the good opportunity? the good time ? and why ? What is to do!?

Ummm Because there has been many topics about the same reason (Legends 3) Im gonna go ahead and lock this after I answer your question:
Keiji said in an interview a while back that he would love to make a Legends 3 but Capcom lacks the funds to make such a game therefore it cant be done. YET :P
