The Rockman Anime Music Video Station

Hi, in sonic 3 carnival night stage (act 2), I'm stuck near the end of the stage! there's like red/white turning block that won'T move! i jump on it and make it go up and down and not Low enought to reach the bottom and continue the stage! what should I do ?

uh...you don't jump...you just hit up and down on the controller pad then it will start to move.
