Hmm, I don't know about the Matt. Rockman Online so far is only scheduled to be released in Korea, Taiwan and China. There are currently no plans to release the game in Japan or America. I doubt if the game isn't even going to be released in Japan that it would come too the US. The title "Mega Man Universe" could possible be a game that will be announced at E3 or at the Tokyo game show this year. We'll just have too see.
