Capcom has recently added the Japanese promotional content for the Wave Master tournaments to US Nintendo DS Download Stations. This means you can legitimately obtain both the rare exclusive cards "King Grand Ranger" and "Le Mu", as well as BrotherBand with the original Mega Man who will boost your Link Power rating by 150+. The promotional content can only be downloaded at participating stores which at this time have not been announced. Some people posting on have obtained this promotional content from Nintnedo DS Download Stations located at Gamestop. So your best bet would be to visit your local Wal-Marts, Targets, and Gamestop's which should all have Nintnedo DS Download Stations to see if they have the Mega Man Star Force 2 Promotional Content.
